Deskka Ads Manager is an internal application operated by deskka pty ltd (ABN: [add if you want]) and is used solely by deskka pty ltd staff to manage advertising activity on the Meta platform (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, Threads, Audience Network) for the deskka™ brand.
Data we hold
Deskka Ads Manager does not collect, store, or process personal information from end users of Facebook or Instagram. It does not have a consumer-facing login flow. The application interacts with Meta’s Marketing API on behalf of deskka pty ltd to:
- Manage Meta ad campaigns, ad sets and ads on the deskka pty ltd ad account
- Read advertising performance metrics and insights
- Manage Meta product catalogs and product sets
- Read public information about the deskka™ Facebook Page (
@deskka) and connected Instagram Business account that is required to serve those ads
If you are a customer of deskka.com, the information held about you (orders, account, marketing preferences) is described in our Privacy Policy — Deskka Ads Manager itself does not store that information.
Requesting deletion of your data
If you believe deskka pty ltd or the Deskka Ads Manager application holds personal information about you and you would like that information deleted, you can request deletion at any time by emailing:
Please include in your email:
- The full name and email address associated with the information you would like deleted
- A short description of the information you would like deleted (for example: “all customer account data”, “marketing opt-in records”, “Meta ad engagement data linked to my Facebook profile”)
Our response
We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete deletion of any personal information we are required to delete under applicable privacy law (including the Australian Privacy Act 1988) within 30 days of your request. We will confirm completion in writing once the deletion is done.
Some information may be retained where we are legally required to keep it (for example, transaction records for tax purposes) — we will let you know in our response if any retained information applies to you.
